Executive Vice PresidentJon is an Executive Vice President with Clarius Partners and oversees, coordinates and supports all aspects of the company's operations including financial administration, debt and equity financing, corporate and project accounting, and information technology.
Prior to Clarius Partners, Jon was a Manager in the Investment and Acquisitions group at Higgins Development Partners. While at Higgins, Jon underwrote $500 million of prospective industrial, office, and land acquisitions. He was involved in the acquisition of 446 acres of land encompassing 5.6 million square feet of development potential, with a total development budget in excess of $250 million.
Prior to Higgins Development Partners, Jonathan was a Senior Financial Analyst in the Investments group with Equity Office Properties Trust in Chicago.
Jon started his career as a Financial Analyst at Veralliance Properties Inc., a life science real estate developer in San Diego.
Jon received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a dual major in Finance and Urban Land Economics.
