Scott M. Duncan
Senior Vice PresidentScott is a Senior Vice President with Clarius Partners, responsible for land acquisition, financial management, debt and equity financing, and marketing of new business opportunities. Scott is also involved in the entitlement, design, and construction of industrial, office and healthcare developments.
Prior to Clarius Partners, Scott was a consultant for Accenture Strategy with experience in growth strategy, business process design, operational excellence, workforce operating model redesign, and zero-based budgeting. Throughout this time, Scott maintained close relationships with executive leadership across Fortune 100 clients in a variety of industries and functional areas.
Prior to joining Accenture Strategy, Scott was a Project Engineer for Schlumberger responsible for developing and executing well operations programs for oil and gas drilling and completion projects across Alaska and the Middle East. During his tenure at Schlumberger, Scott supervised international teams of engineers on drilling rigs while expanding the scope of global operations. Scott also played a pivotal role in spearheading field trials for the first worldwide installation of a remote reservoir monitoring system in addition to facilitating the global product launch.
Prior to Schlumberger, Scott worked on-site for Mortenson Construction on an $85MM renovation and new construction project for the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
Scott graduated with an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business with a concentration in Strategy and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
