Development AssociateWill is a Development Associate with Clarius Partners, playing a key role across all phases of the development lifecycle and supporting Clarius developments nationwide, including underwriting and financial analysis related to the sourcing, financing, and structuring of new acquisition and development opportunities, as well as leasing and operations through asset disposition.
Prior to Clarius Partners, Will worked for Burns & McDonnell as a financial analyst embedded at a Fortune 500 electric utility supporting $1.5 billion in transmission infrastructure development programs. His responsibilities included financial modeling, forecasting, cost and variance analysis, and supporting project strategy through the review of construction documents, contracts, estimates, and schedules.
Prior to Burns & McDonnell, Will was a Construction Project Manager with Streeter in Minneapolis. At Streeter, Will led six high-end condominium build-outs at the Eleven on the River development and supported custom home and owner representation projects.
Will holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
