Yang Hu
ControllerYang is the Controller for Clarius Partners and is responsible for management, oversight and completion of all accounting processes for Clarius Partners, LLC and its affiliated commercial real estate development projects and venture partnerships.
Prior to Clarius, Yang was an Accounting Manager at 33 Realty in Chicago’s River North. While at 33 Realty, Yang was responsible for the monthly close process, property-specific reporting, oversight of property-level operating budgets, tax/statutory/insurance compliance and cash management.
Prior to 33 Realty, Yang was a Controller at Meltzer Real Estate in Chicago. While at Meltzer, Yang was responsible for managing and reviewing accounting processes as well as monthly financial reporting to ownership.
Yang started her career as an Accountant at Berger Realty Group, a full-service real estate and property management company in Chicago’s Gold Coast.
Yang received a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Illinois at Chicago and Master of Science in Accounting degree from DePaul University. Yang is an Illinois licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
